“Awesome place”

“We stayed at the Wilson’s Cove section next to the marina. Very nice accommodations. Restaurant was at the main hotel two blocks away. The staff was very friendly and the check-in staff at the main hotel helped me to get the room without having to pay extra since there was an Expedia reservation foul up.”

“Really good”

“Staff very friendly”

“Hands down the BEST experience I’ve had with VRBO! Kate was prompt with her communication and the boat was absolutely as she described! We are very much looking forward to going back!”

“Lovely, spacious home in a quiet setting. Ken Island is a beautiful, relaxing spot. Adam was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. The house is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. You’ll enjoy your stay there!”

“The house was clean. It is clear someone lives there full time and vacated the house for our stay. Their food and clothes remained in the property. It did not bother us, but not something we expected. The AC worked well. The owner communicated there were issues before we arrived that they were working to fix and left the number of the contractor in case we experienced issues. We were there the hottest weekend so far this year and did not have any issues. It does look like they are still……

“As they say a diamond in the rough!!”

“This property is delightful. It's very "beachy" and relaxing. There are lots of thoughtful amenities which made our stay smooth. The only thing I would mention is that the property is reached by a set of six stair steps, even though strictly speaking it is on the first floor of the house. That wasn't a problem for us. Other than that, we can highly recommend it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. (My husband wants me to mention that he loved the bed and slept very well.)”

“Perfect last minute stay for us... Brenda was excellent and very helpful.”

“First time staying on a boat house and we loved it! It was clean and had all necessities. We grilled by the private beach one night and there was even a tote with supplies and charcoal ready to go on the porch. Had very hot weather on our last day, and the AC kept up fine. Enjoyed seeing the boats come and go during the day, and the peaceful nights on the porch and rooftop. Easily could have staying longer.”
